Holidays in Oregon

After Christmas in Utah, we packed up and drove to Oregon to visit Christina's parents. The long winter drive was a little sketchy, but we arrived safely and had a fantastic time and enjoyed hanging out and relaxing with Grandma and Grandpa and other family. It was fun to celebrate New Year's there.

Everyone gathered for more Christmas celebration. The kids loved having a second Christmas.

Clarissa got Tangled bed stuff and insisted that it go on her bed the day we got home.

Lijah  opens the Kung Fu Panda Christmas movie, while Grandpa and Carson look on.

The boys had a blast sledding down the icy driveway.
They spent a lot of time out there, seeing who could go the farthest.

The hot tub is always a hit at grandma and grandpa's house, especially with the frigid temps outside.

Christina's Grandpa Bud turns 90 years old this month, so the family threw a big party for him.

Readying to blow out the candles.

Grandpa Rich brought out some old ski gear and Carson and Elijah made a few runs down the driveway. They did pretty well. Guess it's time to get them up on the mountain.

Elijah blasts a celebratory firework across grandma and grandpa's living room on New Year's Eve.  No injuries or fires that night.
