We had a great Christmas this year. It came and went quickly. Seems like we just put the tree up, and now it's a fire hazard. We were able to attend a few nice family get-togethers and other events, but also able to spend time at home relaxing and enjoying family time. Carson and Elijah were very excited for Christmas. As they get older, it gets more fun for them, and they especially look forward to Santa Claus coming to the house and all the presents. Christmas morning was spent opening presents and playing with them. We had about 6 inches of snow on Christmas Eve, but Christmas day was sunny and a perfect day to play outside in the snow. That afternoon we went to my parent's house for lunch and more presents. The boys received many great gifts and they love playing with them.

A photo of Santa's layout before the boys got to it. Carson had been asking for a Sponge Bob tennis racquet and Elijah wanted Lightning...
We gave Elijah a giant Elmo. It's been pretty much attached to his side ever since...
This is what happens when it's not at his side...

We built a snow fort Christmas afternoon. Carson has been wanting to make one for a long time, and we finally had a good combination of snow and daylight. He's got a good arm, watch out for the snowball...
Another couple hours and we would have had an igloo...

Christmas Greeting
Here's a litte video holiday greeting from the boys. Tried to get them to sing Jingle Bells, but that wasn't working. Merry Christmas everyone.

Thanksgiving Weekend
Here are a few photos from Thanksgiving weekend. Dinner was at Grandma & Grandpa Jones' house. It was a nice day with plenty of food and tasty pies. Friday morning we went to DJ and Teresa's house for brunch. Carson and Elijah always have fun playing with their cousins' toys. As usual, the weekend went too fast.
Today is December 1, and we just got our first significant snowfall of the season, with about 8 inches on the ground. Good thing we got the Christmas lights up last weekend.
Carson doing that silly "olives on the fingers" thing...
Elijah doing that silly "take a carrot in each hand and dip them in ranch again and again and again, while never actually taking a bite out the carrot" thing...

Thomas, Noah, Carson and Elijah -- ages 1, 3, 4 and 2. Think they may cause some trouble down the road?
