Park City 2012

We went to Park City last week, which we've done every summer for literally as far back as I can remember.  We had a lot of fun, even though we missed Grandma and Grandpa Jones who are way out in the Pacific serving their mission.  We love you mom and dad and look forward to being with you in Park City next year.  We had a great time and the grandkids had a blast hanging out together.

Trees.

Clarissa peering over the lift as we head up to do the Alpine Slide.

The Websters and a pair of Brittes heading up the hill.

Carson ready to go down.  He had a smooth, controlled ride down the hill. As Elijah and I discovered as we followed closely behind.

Lijah ready to jump on the super tramp thingy.

Clarissa merry-go-rounding.

Alvin.

Clarissa at the pool. The kids loved the pool and that was certainly among their favorite activities.

Carson walking on the water.

Lijah swimming in the water.

Some of the cousins playing a Gladiator game at the park.

We drove up to the Olympic Park a couple of times and watched ski jumpers and stuff. It's a neat place.

Elijah and cousin Eliza. Good little buddies.

Torching my hat.  Go Utes.

Riding the little gondola up at the Canyons.  That place has really exploded.

All the cousins posing for a photo at the Canyons.

On our last night we played charades, ate popcorn and took turns reading from Where the Sidewalk Ends. We liked those poems when we were young, and now our kids like them.

Up on Guardsman's Pass for one last photo before heading back down the hill.

Until next year.
