Timberline Lodge

Christina and I celebrated our 5th anniversary on August 10. It's hard to believe how fast the time goes. We left the boys with Christina's parents one night and went to Portland, then spent the night at Timberline Lodge on Mt. Hood. The structure of the lodge is pretty amazing and it has an interesting history. (don't confuse the inside of the lodge in "The Shining" with the actual lodge - only the outside of Timberline was shown in the movie) We took some nice walks inside and outside of the lodge, and had some great views. The boys had fun with grandma and grandpa and apparently behaved themselves.
